Pai Mu Tan is a delicate white tea plucked from a special varietal tea bush called Narcissus or Chaicha bushes. Once plucked the fresh tea buds are laid on to large blankets in the sun to wither and dry naturally. .
The liquor of Pai Mu Tan is light and delicate with a slightly stronger nutty character.
This tea is an excellent accompaniment with shellfish and can be drunk either hot or cold
For 1st and 2nd brewing allow 3 minutes and for subsequent brewing allow longer brewing time.
